We want you to love your Chiro Moyo shoes. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
Return Window
You may return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with any tags attached. Items showing signs of wear cannot be accepted for return.
How to Start a Return
Email Support@chiro-moyo.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Let us know when you request your return and we'll help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
Return Shipping
Return shipping arrangements and any associated costs will be confirmed with you when your return is approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Support@chiro-moyo.com with photos of the issue, and we'll make it right.
